Delicious and tender fall off the bone Baby Back Ribs in less than 45 minutes using a
pressure cooker.
Ingredients
2-4 pound rack of Baby Back Ribs
4 cups apple juice
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
BBQ sauce for coating the ribs
Instructions

Add the 4 cups apple juice, 1 cup vinegar and the 1 tablespoon liquid smoke to the instant
pot, using the saute/heating function to bring the braising liquid steaming.
If desired pull the membrane off the bone side of the ribs. You can cut the rack in half to fit
inside the pot or roll id desired. Once the braising liquid is steaming place the ribs (Thick side
down ) in the pot, cover and lock into place. Using the Meat/Stew or High Pressure setting,
set the timer for 32 minutes (See below if cooking less than 4 pounds).
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Once the cook cycle is complete leave the ribs in the instant pot for an additional 5 minutes.
Following the manufacturer's instructions, do a quick release. Remove ribs carefully (Trying
to keep rack intact as much as possible) onto baking sheet. Coat the front and back with
your favorite BBQ sauce and place in the oven for 5-10 minutes to allow the BBQ sauce to
caramelize slightly.
